Buckwheat is always popular and in demand all over the world. Many hearty, healthy, tasty and nutritious dishes are prepared from it. It should be present in the menu not only for children, but also for adults, since it contains many vitamins, amino acids and nutrients that are necessary for the brain and the full development of the body.
This recipe will be a real find for any housewife. Especially if you want to diversify your diet with classic products. The food turns out to be very juicy, the porridge is fluffy and crumbly, rich and very tasty. And all this thanks to the languor in the oven.
You can choose any type of meat. I preferred pork, but beef, and chicken, and turkey, and even a rabbit will do. If you cook like me, with pork, then choose the least fatty piece of carcass. Since buckwheat is a dietary product, it will not go well with fatty meat. Although this is not for everybody.

Cooking buckwheat with meat in pots
1. Wash the meat, pat dry with a towel and cut into pieces.
2. Peel the onions, rinse and chop a quarter into rings.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Set the heat to high and put the grilled meat. Try to keep it in one layer and there is a small distance between the pieces. Thus, the meat will be fried, it will retain its juice and tenderness. And if there is a lot of it in the pan, then it will begin to secrete juice and will be stewed.
4. In another skillet in butter, sauté the onion until translucent. Stir it periodically so that it does not burn.
5. Pick up the pots. I have the size of one pot - 500 g. Put fried meat in it.
6. Add sautéed onions.
7. Fill the meat in an even layer with buckwheat, which has been sorted out beforehand, removing dust and dirt. Also rinse it under running water. There is no need to stir the food. I put about 75 g of cereal in one pot.
8. Peel the garlic, finely grind and add to the pots. Season food with salt and ground pepper.
9. Fill the ingredients with drinking water so that it is literally 1 finger higher than the cereal.
10. Close the pot with a lid and send it to the cold oven to prevent the pot from cracking from the high temperature drop. Turn on the brazier at 180 ° C and simmer the food for about 30-35 minutes.
