- Vegetable oil - for frying

Step-by-step preparation of an omelet with bell peppers and herbs, a recipe with a photo:
1. Wash sweet peppers under running water and dry with a paper towel. Cut it lengthwise and remove the stalk, seed box and cut off the septa. Cut the fruit into strips or cubes as you like.
2. Wash the parsley, dry it with a paper towel and chop it finely.
3. Pour the eggs into a deep bowl and season with salt.
4. Whisk the eggs until smooth. You do not need to beat them with a mixer, just mix until smooth. If desired, add milk, sour cream, cream, flour, cheese shavings, oatmeal, semolina and other additives to the egg mass.
5. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat well. Put prepared pepper in it and fry it over medium heat until soft and golden brown.
6. Add parsley to the pan to the fried pepper.
