- Sweet red bell pepper - 1-2 pcs.

- Honey - 1 tablespoon

Step-by-step preparation of a snack from vegetables baked in the oven, a recipe with a photo:
1. Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and clean out the fibers. Wash the pulp and cut into bars about 1-1.5 cm thick and up to 3-4 cm long. Wash the eggplants, dry with a towel and cut into the same size as a pumpkin. Use young fruits, there is no bitterness in them. Sprinkle the old blue ones in sliced form with salt and stand for half an hour. During this time, all the solanine will come out of them. Peel the sweet bell pepper from seeds with partitions, remove the tail and cut into large strips. Wash the apples and remove the core with a special knife.
2. Grease a baking sheet with a thin layer of vegetable oil and lay out the vegetables. Arrange the food loosely on the baking sheet.
3. Make a sauce with honey, vegetable oil and soy sauce. Add some salt and black pepper. Do not overdo it with salt, because the soy sauce adds salt to the dressing.
