My family loves coconut-flavored desserts! So I decided to make them a special treat: cookies made from fresh coconut flakes and biscuit crumbs. These pastries can be prepared from the remainder of a simple biscuit cake, which no one could master, or you can bake a simple biscuit on purpose. For cookies, it is better to use fresh coconut flakes, but you can also use dry coconut. The biscuits themselves are baked very quickly. Give this recipe a try and make sure it tastes really unique!

Ingredients:
- Granulated sugar - 70 g
- Coconut flakes - 50 g
- Biscuit chips - 50 g
- Egg white - 1 pc.
Step-by-step preparation of cookies with fresh coconut and biscuit chips
1. Combine biscuit crumbs and fresh coconut flakes.
2. Add sugar. You can determine its amount yourself, just keep in mind that biscuit crumbs are sweet in themselves. Don't overdo it with sweetness.
3. We mix all the components together.
4. Drive in the egg white. In this variant of cookies, there is no need to whip the protein into a foam.
5. Knead the cookie dough. Stir everything together thoroughly so that the sponge crumbs are soaked in the protein.
6. Separate from the dough small pieces the size of a walnut, form balls, spread on parchment. We bake cookies in a mold or on a baking sheet in the oven at 200 degrees. Do not open the door while the cookies are inside.
7. During baking, the balls of dough will disperse and take the form of round cookies with a diameter of a centimeter. 4. When the cookies become delicious golden brown, it will take no more than 15 minutes. Turn off the oven and take out the baked goods.
8. Cookies made from fresh coconut flakes and biscuit crumbs are ready. Serve with milk, tea or any other drink of your choice. Bon Appetit.
