Another important point when cooking pancakes is raisins. Pay attention to it first of all: if it is hard, then soak it for half an hour in boiling water, juicy and soft - do without this procedure, but just rinse it well. 1. Pour room temperature kefir into a bowl for kneading dough, add baking soda and mix. An airy foam immediately forms on the surface of kefir.
