- Shortbread cookies - 400 g
- Butter - 75 g
- Almonds or almond nuts - 50 g
- Sugar - 3-4 tablespoons or to taste
- Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon
- Milk - 150 ml
Step by step preparation of chocolate sausage with nuts, recipe with photo:
1. Pour milk into a saucepan and add butter.
2. Add sugar and cocoa powder and place on the stove. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and bring to a boil. Stir occasionally to completely dissolve the cocoa powder and avoid lumps. As soon as foam forms on the surface, which will rise up, turn off the stove. Leave the milk to cool down to a temperature that will not burn your hands.
3. Break the cookies into pieces and place in a food processor.
4. Grind it to a fine crumb state. This process can be done with a meat grinder or with a rolling pin.
