- Kefir - 200 ml
- Eggs - 1 pc.

- Oat flakes - 75 g
Step-by-step preparation of oatmeal pancakes on kefir, recipe with photo:
1. Place the oatmeal into the chopper.
2. Turn them into small crumbs. This process can be done using a coffee grinder or food processor with the appropriate attachment.
3. Pour the chopped oatmeal into a mixing bowl and cover it with room temperature kefir. It is important that all ingredients are at room temperature. Before starting cooking, all food should lie on the table to achieve the same temperature. Then the pancakes will be lush and tender.
4. Stir the oatmeal with kefir and leave for 15-20 minutes to swell a little.
5. After this time, the dough will increase in volume by 1.5 times. After that, pour the eggs into the dough.
6. Season the food with a pinch of salt, add sugar, baking soda and 1 tbsp. vegetable oil. Knead the dough again until smooth.
7. Since oil is added to the dough, there is no need to pour a large amount of it into the pan. With a silicone brush, brush the bottom with a thin layer of oil and heat well. After a tablespoon, scoop up the dough and pour into the pan. Bake the pancakes over medium heat for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
