- Cottage cheese - 500 g
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Banana - 1 pc.
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon

Step-by-step cooking of cheese cakes with flour with bananas:
1. Peel the banana, cut into slices and place in a container. With a fork, memorize it to a puree state.
2. Add cottage cheese to the banana. If the curd is watery, get rid of the excess whey. Hang it in gauze for half an hour to keep the glass dry. If, on the contrary, dry, then put a spoonful of sour cream in the dough. It will balance the curd consistency.
3. Then add flour, bran, sugar and salt. Bran is optional. They don't add any flavor, they just add value. Do not overdo it with sugar so that the cheesecakes are not sugary sweet. Also, do not add more flour than according to the recipe. Try to keep it as small as possible

6. Heat the pan well with vegetable oil. Sprinkle your hands with flour, take a portion of the dough and form a small ball, which you press down to make a round cake. Place the pancakes in a preheated pan and fry over low heat until golden brown.
7. After 5 minutes, turn them over, cover the pan and fry them for another 5 minutes. With the lid closed, the cheesecakes will turn out to be softer and juicier. Serve them warm with sour cream, jam, cream or a cup of tea.
