  • Salad … It can be used for both food and medicinal purposes. Frying is carried out in the same way as in the manufacture of ordinary pancakes - the dough is poured into a hot frying pan and fried on both sides. Sour cream or thick yogurt is served with the pancakes.
  • Stuffed pumpkin … It is better to choose a fruit that resembles a long cucumber in shape - the zucchini variety looks like this. Mushroom or meat mince is mixed with rice, chopped tomatoes, onions. You should not turn everything together through a meat grinder - the meat is chopped together with the onions, and the tomatoes are added separately so that they are felt. Before slicing tomatoes, you need to pour over boiling water to remove the skin-film. A long pumpkin is cut into pieces 2-3 cm long, the seeds are removed, filled with already salted and peppered minced meat, put into a frying pan. Pour the workpieces with sour cream, close the lid and put in the oven, preheated to 180-200 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes.
  • Vegetable puree … Carrots (200 g) are cut into strips and sautéed, the onion is chopped and fried in the same pan, and then the tomatoes are placed in cubes there for 2-3 minutes - 200 g. Boil the pumpkin until cooked, combine all the components, interrupt with a blender, salt and sprinkle parsley.
  • Caviar … Ingredients: 0, 5 kg of pumpkin without peel and seeds, onion - 150 g, tomatoes - 200 g, sunflower oil - 70 g. Peel and finely chop onion and pumpkin, douse them with boiling water, remove the skin and chop them. They are fried in this order: a deep frying pan is heated, sunflower oil is poured into it, onions are fried, then tomatoes, then lagenaria. The mixture is brought to readiness, salted, pepper, garlic is added to taste. Eat cold.
  • Omelette … 2 eggs, 250 g of pumpkin pulp, 50 g of hard salted cheese, a tablespoon of unmelted butter, 70 g of sour cream, garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Beat the eggs, add sour cream to them, put a piece of butter in a hot deep frying pan, and when it melts - diced lagenaria. Sprinkle with seasonings, fill with eggs, cover with a lid.
