IGF research results
First, let's turn to science and find out what scientists have learned about IGF. It must be admitted that most of the experiments were carried out on animals. Of course, there are differences in the effect of a substance on the body of rats and humans, but still the results of research can provide valuable food for thought.
Let's start with the results of one experiment in which rats received certain doses of IGF and were not exposed to physical activity. In comparison with the control group, representatives of which trained, but did not take IGF-1, they showed a significant increase in weight.
It must be said that, under the influence of IGF, the results of training rats were maintained for a longer time than without injections of the substance. And the latest study, which I would like to draw your attention to, showed that in a rat whose age was more than two years, after IGF injections in youth, no age-related changes were found. And now let's talk about the results that were obtained when studying the effects of IGF on the human body. When using the drug, it should be remembered that constant administration of the substance can reduce the production of natural growth hormone. To avoid this undesirable effect, testosterone must be additionally used. The male hormone can be administered during or after an IGF cycle.
It was also found that IGF reduces the ability of cell membranes to pass glucose. In addition, scientists have noticed that IGF is able to interact not only with its receptors, but also insulin ones. At the same time, we note that the substance has a much weaker effect on the latter than insulin. But this observation suggests that the combined use of insulin-like growth factor and insulin can significantly increase the rate of synthesis of protein compounds. An equally important substance that must be used in combination with IGF is zinc. This is due to its ability to increase the concentration of free IGF. Also note that IGF can be extremely beneficial for people who consume only plant foods. In the body, the concentration of a natural substance is quite low.
How is IGF taken?
IGF dosage is calculated based on the athlete's body weight. The optimal amount of the drug is one microgram for every kilo of body weight. Most often, a dose of 100 micrograms is sufficient, provided that the weight of the athlete exceeds one hundred kilograms.
It is best to inject the drug on training days, which is 3 to 4 times a week. Also, you should remember that if you are faced with the task of gaining mass, then the drug should be injected into the target muscles. However, on the days of working on large muscle groups, it is easier to put an injection in the abdomen (systemic injection), and use local injection when training small muscle groups.
Also, systemic injections are necessary to increase the physical performance of an athlete. In this case, the daily dose of the substance should be divided into three doses. In the morning, inject 40 micrograms, before starting the session, the dose will be 20 micrograms, and one hour after the completion of the training, inject the remaining 40 micrograms. When injected locally into each target muscle, an equal amount of IGF should be injected.
You can use several auxiliary drugs to increase the cycle. If your muscles are highly susceptible to injury, then using Clenbuterol will not be superfluous. Use between 160 and 240 micrograms.
We have already mentioned the need to use insulin. Apply this hormone in a dosage of 8 to 12 IU minutes 30 before systemic administration of IGF. Also, to accelerate the restoration of glycogen reserves, insulin can be taken on days free from the main drug.
Among steroids, Testosterone and Stanozolol are the best choices. If you need a large increase in physical indicators, then Turinabol can also be added to the cycle. Trenbolone is also suitable for these purposes. But you will get great results from using IGF only in combination with male hormone and insulin, and other drugs are optional. This will allow the drug molecules and other nutrients, for example, amino acid compounds, to be delivered to the tissues in the shortest possible time.
