This simple recipe is based on an aromatic sauce made with soy sauce and aromatic plum sauce, accompanied by spices, herbs and garlic. After marinating the wings in this aromatic sauce, they will absorb all the juices and aromas, and after baking they will turn out to be very tasty and tender. And with the onset of warmth, summer season and picnics, chicken wings can be baked on the grill over the fire.

Ingredients:
- Chicken wings - 10 pcs.
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Basil - several sprigs (can be dried)
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Plum sauce - 3-4 tablespoons
- Salt - 0.5 tsp or to taste
Step by step cooking chicken wings in Spanish, recipe with photo:
1. Place the plum sauce in a deep bowl that will hold all the wings.
2. Next, pour in the soy sauce, squeeze the garlic through a press, add black pepper and chopped basil.
3. Stir the sauce well.
4. Wash the wings under running water and dry with a paper towel. Remove all feathers from them, if any, and send them to the prepared sauce.
5. Stir the wings well so that they are covered with sauce on all sides. Cover the container with plastic wrap and leave to marinate at room temperature for 1 hour. Although you can withstand them longer, for example, at night. But then keep them in the refrigerator.
6. Place the Spanish chicken wings on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. When they have a golden brown crust, remove the baking sheet from the brazier, remove the wings, and serve.
