There are many recipes for baking meat in the oven. It is prepared with any vegetables, mushrooms, under a cheese crust, etc. This review is devoted to a very simple, but at the same time delicious dish - meat baked with tomatoes. The food is prepared very simply, literally 15 minutes of your participation and that's it. The rest of the time the wind chamber will work for you. Any type of meat can be used: pork, beef, veal, chicken, turkey, etc. The main thing in cooking is not to overexpose it in the oven, from which it can become dry.
Also, the taste of the dish depends on the freshness of the meat: it must be chilled. Partially thawed or frozen should not be taken, otherwise it will come out a little harder. In all other respects, there are no significant requirements. All ingredients are laid out in layers: first the meat, then the rest of the products and the final layer - cheese. When baked, onions give juice, which helps the meat to cook better. The more it is, the juicier the food will come out. If possible, I recommend pickling the onions, then the dish will acquire a more pronounced and piquant taste. Also, if you wish, you can add potato slices to the meat for satiety. Well, of course, all spices are acceptable here: marjoram, nutmeg, oregano, paprika. Each of them goes well with meat and tomatoes.

Ingredients:
- Pork neck - 1 kg
- Tomatoes - 3-4 pcs.
- Onions - 3 pcs.
- Garlic - 1 head
- Cheese - 250 g
- Mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise to taste
- Salt and black pepper - a pinch for each piece of meat
Cooking meat with tomatoes in the oven
1. Peel the pork from the film, remove excess fat, rinse under running water, dry with a paper towel and cut into thin slices 1 cm thick.
Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into half rings of 5-7 mm
Peel the onions, rinse and chop a quarter into rings.
Remove the scales from the garlic and finely chop the cloves.
2. Line a baking tray with baking parchment and line the meat slices. Grease each piece with mustard, season with salt, pepper and any spices. In this case, I used ground paprika and nutmeg.
3. Place chopped garlic and onions on each piece of meat.
4. Place the tomato slices on top. Remember, the more onions and tomatoes you have, the juicier the meat will be.
5. Pour the products with mayonnaise. Adjust its amount yourself. Love fatty food, do not spare the product, prefer a less high-calorie product - limit yourself to a few drops. Sprinkle the entire composition on top with cheese grated on a medium grater.
6. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and bake the pork for no more than 30 minutes. As soon as you notice that the moisture released from the baking sheet will evaporate, immediately remove the meat from the frypot.
They eat freshly cooked hot food. If it does not remain immediately eaten, then reheat it in the microwave.
