When preparing pizza, a lot of attention should be paid to its base. Since the final result of the dish depends not only on the filling used, but also on the dough itself. Of course, you can make the dough yourself, but it will take at least an hour of time, which does not suit all housewives. Therefore, I suggest buying either a ready-made pizza base or frozen yeast dough. However, these products should be purchased only of good quality and well-known manufacturer. Then the taste of the finished dish will be no different from the dough prepared on your own.
In addition, pizza can be made with more than just meat and tomatoes. You can also complement the filling with mushrooms, olives, bell peppers, cold meats and whatever you like. This dish has absolutely no boundaries in the choice of ingredients for the filling. Therefore, you can give free rein to your imagination, turning the banal cooking process into real creativity. The main thing here is not to be afraid to experiment, since sometimes the most unusual combinations of filling products can turn ordinary pizza into an amazing culinary masterpiece!
But whichever pizza product you choose, there is one irreplaceable ingredient that is present in all its variants - it is cheese. Without it, pizza feels like an ordinary savory pie. Therefore, never forget about this component, the variety of which can be whatever you like best.

Cooking pizza with meat and tomatoes
1. When preparing pizza, of course, start by defrosting the dough. Do it right, i.e. first put the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour, and then defrost at room temperature.
When the dough becomes soft, remove it from the package, put it on a baking sheet or in any convenient form and send it to bake in the oven for 7 minutes at 180 degrees.
2. While the dough is thawing, marinate the onions. To do this, peel it, wash it, chop it in half rings and put it in a deep plate. Cover it with warm water, vinegar and add sugar. Leave the onion to marinate, stirring occasionally. Warm water is needed to kill the pungency and bitterness in it.
3. Meanwhile, while the onions are pickling and the dough is baking in the oven, prepare the rest of the ingredients for the filling. Cut the smoked chicken fillet into cubes about 1 cm in size. Wash the tomatoes, dry with a paper towel and cut into rings, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and peel and finely chop the garlic.
4. After 7 minutes, remove the dough from the oven, it will be almost done. Brush it generously with ketchup, sprinkle with garlic and pickled onions.
5. Place the tomato rings on top.
6. Spread the chicken meat evenly and drizzle with mayonnaise.
7. Shake everything with grated cheese and send the pizza to the oven for 7-10 minutes at 180 degrees. You can serve the finished dish immediately after cooking. If you are left with pizza with meat and tomatoes not eaten, then keep it in the refrigerator and reheat it in the microwave.
