- Zucchini - 1 pc.
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Minced meat (any) - 300 g
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Dill - a few twigs
- Tomatoes - 2-4 pcs. depending on the size
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Parsley - a few twigs
- Tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
Step by step cooking of fried zucchini with minced meat and tomatoes, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the zucchini under running water and dry with a paper towel. Cut off the stem and cut the fruit into strips about 1 cm thick.
2. In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil and add the zucchini.
3. Saute the zucchini over medium heat for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
4. In another skillet, fry the minced meat in vegetable oil.
5. Add tomato paste to the minced meat.
6. Season the meat with salt and pepper. Stir and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat until golden brown.
7. Combine the zucchini and minced meat in one large skillet.
8. By this time, wash the tomatoes, dry with a paper towel and cut into medium-sized cubes. Wash the dill with parsley, dry and chop finely.
9. Send the tomatoes to the skillet.
10. Then add chopped greens.
