Making a pumpkin and meat pie
1. Remove the skin from the champignon caps or just wash the mushrooms. Cut them into cubes with a side of 5-7 mm and put them in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
2. The mushrooms will release a lot of liquid at first, so use a high heat to evaporate it, or scoop it up with a spoon. When you get rid of all the moisture, add finely chopped onions to the mushrooms.
3. Continue cooking the mushrooms and onions over medium heat for about 7-10 minutes, then add the meat. Wash the pork and turkey beforehand and pat dry with a paper towel. You can remove excess fat from the pork so that the pie is less greasy. Then cut the meat into small cubes, like mushrooms and onions.
4. Set the heat slightly higher and cook the food, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper after 10 minutes. It is not necessary to bring the ingredients to full readiness, as they will continue to bake in the oven.
5. Beat the eggs into a bowl and stir with a whisk. You do not need to beat them, you just need to mix the protein with the yolk.
6. Peel the pumpkin from the thick skin. If it will be difficult to remove, place it in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Then the skin will soften and be removed more easily. After that, divide the fruit in half. Cut one of the parts into thin slices, which cover the baking dish. Season the pumpkin with a little salt.
7. Place the filling on top and level it evenly.
8. Grate the second part of the pumpkin on a coarse grater and cover the pie with shavings.
9. Season with salt and pour over beaten eggs.
10. Suluguni and hard cheese grate on a coarse grater and sprinkle on the casserole.
11. Send the product to bake in a heated oven up to 200 ° С for 40 minutes.
12. Chill the finished pie a little so as not to burn yourself, cut into slices and serve warm. If desired, when serving, you can pour garlic sauce or sour cream on top.
