If you are preparing a product for children, you can pour the raisins with juice or plain warm water. But even alcohol will not do any harm. during heat treatment in the oven, all alcohols will evaporate.
2. Peel the pumpkin from the hard peel, cover with water and boil until soft. Then drain the water and grind it with a blender or grind it with a crush.
3. Put the pumpkin puree and oatmeal into a bowl for kneading the dough.
4. Add bran there, which you can use any: rye, flax, wheat, etc.
5. Add honey and add soaked raisins. If you wish, you can pour the cognac in which the dried fruit was soaked, it will give the product a piquant taste.
6. Stir the food and leave for 10 minutes to allow the oatmeal to swell slightly.
7. Add yolks to the dough, mix and leave the dough to infuse.
8. Whisk the protein in mixers until a firm, fluffy white mass. Do this in a clean, dry container or it won't churn. Then put it to all the products.
9. Use a spoon to gently stir the dough to distribute the protein evenly. Do not stir vigorously, otherwise it will settle.
10. Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with some semolina if desired. Then pour out the dough and distribute it evenly.
11. Send the product into an oven heated to 200 ° C for 40 minutes until golden brown. Check the readiness of the dough with a wooden toothpick - if it's dry, the cake is ready.
