The main thing for baking is to choose juicy and high-quality fruits. Therefore, any housewife can bake such a cake, even a child can handle it. In addition, you can constantly experiment with the filling. At the same time, despite the simplicity of the dessert, a bulk pie can be prepared not only for home tea drinking, but also for guests on the festive table.
It turns out a loose cake is always light, fluffy, crumbly with a delicate center. It is very juicy and aromatic, because it contains various fruits. And the advantages include the fact that it is useful, tk. the products are always of the highest quality. I draw your attention to the amount of sugar in the recipe: it can be added depending on the sweetness of the plums and the chef's own preferences. If you use jam, then exclude sugar from the recipe altogether.
