1. Pour the contents of the eggs into a deep bowl, add sugar and beat with a mixer. It is not necessary to beat them until fluffy, it is enough for the products only to become homogeneous.

2. Pour milk into the egg mass and mix again.

3. Add cottage cheese to the milk and egg base. Cottage cheese should be fatty, better homemade. If it is fat-free, add a small piece of butter to the dough.

4. Use a mixer or whisk to stir the food. The dough will turn out to be liquid, like pancakes.

5. Add flour to the dough and sift it through a fine sieve to enrich it with oxygen. Then the products will be softer.

6. Do not add all the flour at once. Pour it in gradually, because gluten is different for each variety, so you may need less or more of it.

7. Add a pinch of salt and baking soda. Knead an elastic and soft dough so that it falls away from the hands and the walls of the crockery.

8. Form into round buns and place on a greased baking sheet. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the products for half an hour.
