This is how simple and affordable sapodilla recipes look like:

  1. Jam … To obtain it, you will need to wash and peel 5 kg of fruit, after which they should be covered with sugar (1.5 kg) and left for 1.5 hours. This is necessary in order to stack the juice. Then they are crumpled with a crush, mixed, poured with a small amount of water (300 ml), combined with lemon juice (7 tbsp. L.) And honey (3 tbsp. L.). Next, the mass in a saucepan with thick walls is placed on low heat and kept for about 60 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Smoothie … Its preparation requires peeling 1 kg of the main fruit and 200 g of black currant from the peel and seeds. All this is washed and loaded into a blender bowl, after which honey (2 tablespoons) is added and whipped. As a result, a homogeneous gruel should form, in which there will be no lumps. It should be poured into a container and refrigerated until it cools. Then pour the smoothie into glasses, insert a cocktail tube into each of them and drink to your health!
  3. Salad … All you need to do is cut the green apples (2 small pieces), cut 2 tangerines into wedges and chop the sapodilla (3 pieces) into cubes. Then add grated Adyghe cheese (120 g), pour over the mass with wine vinegar (2 tablespoons), olive oil (3 tablespoons) and lemon juice (3 tablespoons). Next, all that remains is to sprinkle the mixture on large plates, decorated with lettuce leaves.
  4. Cold cream soup … Peel the main fruits, which will need about 3-4 pieces. Then grate and puree them with a blender. Do the same with Adyghe cheese (120 g), boiled eggs (2 pcs.) And green onions (no more than 20 g). Now combine all the ingredients, fill them with boiled water (1.5 l), salt, pepper and cook for 20-30 minutes. After this time, beat the mixture again, sprinkle with dill and serve warm.
  5. Pancakes … Grate 5 pieces on the finest grater. fruits, peeling them from the peel and seeds in advance. Next, add 3 tbsp. l. sour cream, a little salt, beat in 1 egg and gently add 200 g of flour to hold the dough together. Now heat the speed, pour it with vegetable oil and put the mass on it with a deep spoon. Fry the pancakes on both sides, remove on a plate and pour over the sour cream. If they disintegrate, you can add a little semolina. They are perfect with compote, tea, coffee or any other drinks.
  6. Pickling … This can be done with whole or sliced fruits. You do not need to peel them before this. The fruits should be washed, covered with water and allowed to stand for about 2 hours to soften them. Next, boil 10 liters of water in a saucepan, add sugar (2.5 kg), add a little salt and stir everything so that the dry ingredients are completely dissolved. Then take out the soaked fruits, transfer them to a wooden barrel and cover with the prepared marinade. Put a wooden circle on top, and then oppression in the form of a heavy stone. Then place the container with fruit in a room where the temperature is kept around 18 ° C. Here they need to be left for about 2 weeks.
