Then they are crumpled with a crush, mixed, poured with a small amount of water (300 ml), combined with lemon juice (7 tbsp. L.) And honey (3 tbsp. L.). Next, the mass in a saucepan with thick walls is placed on low heat and kept for about 60 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Smoothie … Its preparation requires peeling 1 kg of the main fruit and 200 g of black currant from the peel and seeds. All this is washed and loaded into a blender bowl, after which honey (2 tablespoons) is added and whipped. As a result, a homogeneous gruel should form, in which there will be no lumps. It should be poured into a container and refrigerated until it cools. Then pour the smoothie into glasses, insert a cocktail tube into each of them and drink to your health!
- Salad … All you need to do is cut the green apples (2 small pieces), cut 2 tangerines into wedges and chop the sapodilla (3 pieces) into cubes.
