1. Since hake is sold frozen in our supermarkets, defrost it naturally without using a microwave oven or hot water. Do it correctly, for a long time, on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator.

Then cut off the tail with fins from the carcass. Wash under running water, dry with a paper towel and cut into portions about 4 cm wide.
