Some Tips for Cooking Pork Stew with Tomatoes and Sour Cream
- You can cut the meat into any pieces. But if you prefer smaller pieces, then it is most convenient to do this with the product that is not completely defrosted.
- Thick sour cream must be diluted with water so that the mass becomes more liquid. So during stewing, the meat will not burn.
- For meat stewed in sour cream, you must choose a lean piece, with small fat streaks.
- The meat of an old animal will become softer if it is pre-marinated for 12 hours in white wine or water with vinegar.

Cooking braised pork with tomatoes and sour cream
1. First, wash the tomato, make cruciform cuts on it and place it in a deep container. Boil drinking water and pour boiling water over the tomato. Leave for 5 minutes, then transfer the vegetable to a saucepan with cold water. This manipulation will help remove the skin from the tomato, which you do.
2. After the tomato, cut into medium-sized pieces.
3. Peel the onions, wash and chop a quarter into rings. Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and put onions to fry. Saute it over medium heat until transparent.
4. In another frying pan in vegetable oil, fry the pork, which has been previously peeled from the film, remove the fat, rinse and cut into pieces. Bring it to golden brown over high heat and combine in one frying pan with sautéed onions.
5. Add the sliced tomatoes to the food.
6. Stir the foods and fry them together over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Then pour the sour cream.
7. Stir the ingredients again until each slice is covered with sour cream sauce. Add salt, ground pepper and any spices. Nutmeg, ginger powder, paprika, razmarin and other spices will go very well in a meal.
8. Stir the food, boil and simmer under a closed lid for half an hour. Serve with any side dish. For example, with buckwheat porridge, boiled rice, spaghetti or mashed potatoes.
