Many ate pizza, in which cottage cheese was one of the constituent elements of the filling. However, the pizza dough from cottage cheese will seem like a curiosity to many. Although this pizza turns out to be unusually tender and soft. In addition, cottage cheese is a low-calorie and light product that fans of a healthy lifestyle use. Such a diet pizza was created specifically for those who follow the figure, want to lose weight and adhere to a diet.
Curd dough is prepared very quickly, literally 5-7 minutes, and baked no more than half an hour. It is not necessary for him to buy a fresh product; you can use an already started pack of cottage cheese or the remains of a bazaar product. Moreover, this dough is perfect not only for pizza, but also for sweet pastries. Therefore, without hesitation, knead a double portion, using one part for pizza and the other for pie, pies, rolls, etc. Any filling is suitable for such a pizza. Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese - 180 g
- Salt - a pinch
- Cheese - 150 g
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Minced meat (any sort) - 200 g
- Tomato sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Fried zucchini (freshly cooked or frozen) - 100 g
- Sausage (any) - 200 g
- Flour - 250 g
- Mustard - 1 tsp
Step-by-step preparation of pizza from curd dough, recipe with photo:
1. Put cottage cheese in a container for kneading dough, pour in eggs and add a pinch of salt. Choose cottage cheese for the recipe of any fat content, the calorie content of the pizza will depend on it. The consistency of the curd should be moderate. If the product is very wet, then first remove moisture from it by hanging it in gauze. If, on the contrary, it is very dry, add 1 tablespoon to the dough. sour cream or milk.
2. Add flour to the food in the bowl, which is preferably sifted through a fine sieve to enrich it with oxygen.
3. Knead an elastic dough so that it does not stick to the hands and sides of the dishes. Grease a baking dish with a thin layer of vegetable oil and line the dough on it. The thickness of the dough can be whatever you like best. But the most optimal dough is about 1 cm high.
4. Brush the dough with tomato paste mixed with mustard.
5. Put the minced meat on the dough, lightly salt and mix beforehand. Also add fried zucchini. If they are frozen, then you do not need to defrost them, they will quickly thaw in the oven when baking pizza. If you are using fresh fruits, then cut them (into rings or bars) and fry in a pan in oil until golden brown.
6. Cut the sausage into slices 3-5 mm thick and place on the pizza.
7. Sprinkle the food with grated cheese and send the pizza from the curd dough into a heated oven to 180 degrees for half an hour. Serve it freshly prepared to the table.
