The recipe uses only the yolk, and you can use the protein to make an omelet or meringue. Add sugar, sour cream and yolk to a bowl.
Beat the mass well with a blender until fluffy. Don't expect to be as fluffy as whipping protein.
Add vegetable oil without turning off the mixer. Take something that has no smell for a recipe. But what it will be is not important. Olive, corn and sunflower have proven themselves well.
Sift the flour with baking powder and add to the egg. If you don't have baking powder, pay off 0.5 tsp. soda vinegar or lemon juice, add it directly to the egg mass, and then add flour.
Knead the dough, it should be soft, elastic and not sticky to your hands.
Now you can form a cookie in two ways. First, roll out the dough and cut the cookies with a glass. The second way is to roll the sausage, cut it into washers. And that and that way is good, how to do it is up to you. The main thing is that the thickness of the dough is no more than 5 mm, otherwise the cookies may not be fried.
We spread the cookies in a preheated dry frying pan, fry on each side for 4-6 minutes, over low heat. The cookie should both brown and bake.
Cool the finished cookies and serve. It must be stored in a dry place. A paper bag is perfect for this. Immediately after baking, the cookies will be soft, but after they lie down, they will become more crumbly.
