Cooking potato kebabs with bacon in the oven:
1. Potatoes wash off all dirt and dust. Peel the skin with a sharp knife and rinse again under running water. Blot with a paper towel and cut into thin round slices about 3-5 mm thick.
2. Cut the pork lard into wedges. Their size can be different, from 2 mm to 5 mm. You choose it yourself, depending on your love for this product.
Tip: You can choose lard with streaks of meat. Lard or bacon is also good. If you want to cut it very thinly, then pre-soak it for about half an hour in the freezer. Then it will freeze and be easily cut into thin slices.
3. Soak wooden skewers in water for about half an hour in advance so that they do not burn. After alternately string on it, alternating slices of potatoes and bacon.
4. Cut off the required piece of foil so that it can completely wrap the kebab. Place one serving of kebab on top of it and season it with salt and pepper on top. Be careful with salt, because the lard is already salty and there may already be plenty of salt.
5. Wrap the shish kebab tightly with foil so that there are no empty gaps anywhere.
6. Heat the oven to 180 degrees and send the dish to bake for 35-40 minutes. Serve hot potato skewers. Since it is hot, the bacon will melt and saturate the potatoes with its taste. But if you do not eat the food right away, then, in no case, do not unfold the foil kebab. The foil will keep you warm for a long time.
