Step-by-step cooking of boiled-baked meatloaf with spices
1. First of all, we process the meat. The piece must be whole. We wash it and cut it in such a way that a solid layer is obtained with a thickness of approximately 1.5 cm.
2. Next, rub the pork with the selected spices on the inner side.
3. We begin to roll up from any edge, trying to make the meatloaf with spices denser. For fixing, we use twine or any other strong thread - we wrap it as tightly as possible and fix it with a knot.
4. Place the resulting bundle in the baking sleeve. This will save all the aromatic juice that has been released and then use it when baking.
5. We send to a saucepan, fill with water so that it covers the whole meatloaf with spices, and boil over low heat for 60 minutes.
6. Prepare the baking container. It should have a thick bottom and high walls. The volume should be the size of the workpieces. We spread the roll into a mold, cut the bag and remove it. In this case, all the juice is poured out to the bottom and prevents the food from burning.
