Step by step preparation of meatloaf with mushrooms and cheese
1. Before preparing the meatloaf with mushrooms and cheese, prepare the meat and the filling. First of all, we cut the pulp along the median line from edge to edge, not reaching the end of 2-3 cm with a knife. Then we make a couple more cuts, as if revealing the meat, like a book. The result should be a solid rectangular piece.
2. Using a kitchen hammer, beat off the pulp so that later it is more tender and cooks faster. Add a little salt and sprinkle with black pepper on all sides.
3. Next, wash the mushrooms and cut them into small cubes.
4. After that, for the future meatloaf with mushrooms and cheese, grind peeled vegetables - three carrots on a medium grater, and chop the onion with a knife in the form of cubes or straws.
5. Grind the herbs separately. Cut the processed cheese into slices using a knife soaked in water, so the pieces are even.
6. Lightly fry mushrooms and prepared vegetables in a frying pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then add the greens. Mix everything thoroughly and transfer to a plate.
7. Now you can start forming the roll. To do this, lay out the prepared filling on half of the pulp in an even layer, slightly receding from the edge of the meat layer. Place slices of processed cheese on top of the minced meat.
8. Wrap gently towards the free edge. The roll should be moderately dense. Next, lay it out on a piece of foil on the glossy side and wrap it carefully so that the juice does not flow out onto the baking sheet.
