On any festive table, meat snacks of some kind are always present. This time I want to present to your attention a meatloaf. In different cuisines of the world, there are many different rolls, with all kinds of fillings, sauces and dressings. Today I offer the most common version of this appetizer - meatloaf stuffed with mushrooms. Delicious, bright, appetizing, this one will definitely not be ignored and will become the main hit of the festive table.
Note that this roll is very nutritious. Filled mushrooms fill the dish with essential vitamins and minerals. In the recipe, you can use decorative growing mushrooms - champignons or oyster mushrooms. Although wild mushrooms will also go, fresh, fresh-frozen and boiled-frozen. If it seems to you that the appearance of the product is banal, then wrap the roll with strips of bacon or fold them into a beautiful mesh. You can also wrap the roll with an omelet or puff pastry. And if you prepare this recipe for children, then use chicken breasts as the meat component, and take boiled eggs for the filling. Then such a dish will also look spectacular. The cut will show a bright yolk, which is surrounded by a layer of juicy chicken meat. The flight of imagination is endless here, create and create new culinary masterpieces.

Step-by-step preparation of meatloaf stuffed with mushrooms in the oven, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the champignons, pat dry with a paper towel and cut into small cubes. Peel, wash and cut onions and garlic into thin strips.
2. In a frying pan in vegetable oil, sauté the onion until transparent. Stir it occasionally.
3. In another skillet, fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil. They will release moisture at first, so use a high heat to evaporate faster. Then screw the temperature to medium and fry them, stirring occasionally until cooked. Season with salt and pepper at the end of cooking.
4. In one frying pan, combine mushrooms and onions, season them with any spices and herbs, stir and cook for about 2-4 minutes.
5. Wash the meat, dry it with a paper towel and cut it in such a way that it can be expanded in one large layer. Knock it off with a kitchen hammer on both sides.
6. Grease a layer of meat with mustard, season with salt and ground pepper.
7. Place the fried mushrooms on the meat in the center of the piece.
8. Tuck the edges of the meat on both sides, covering the mushroom filling.
9. Tie the roll with twine or tailor's thread so that the filling does not fall out during baking.
10. Place the roll in the baking sleeve, which is also secured with a cord. Put it on a baking sheet and send it to bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve hot roll with mashed potatoes. Alternatively, serve chilled by slicing into small portions and placing on a wide platter.
