Pizza is considered the national dish of Italy. This is an open flatbread, most often round in shape, covered with various fillings and melted cheese. All kinds of vegetables, mushrooms, meat products are used as a filling. But the main ingredient is always cheese. Today, such a dish can be prepared by every housewife in her kitchen. In the classic version, pizza is prepared with a simple dough based on water, flour, eggs and salt. However, chefs have come up with all sorts of pizza options on yeast, puff, puff and yeast dough, yogurt dough, semolina, etc. The fastest and easiest way to make pizza is on ready-made dough, which is sold in supermarkets.
To prepare pizza on purchased dough, you should follow certain recommendations. So, remove the purchased dough from the freezer in advance and leave it to defrost at room temperature for 30-45 minutes. Puff and puff pastry is considered a delicate product, so it is not recommended to use ingredients for the filling that give liquid during the cooking process. Otherwise, the cake will not bake well, it will be watery and will not turn out crispy. To prevent the dough from stratifying during baking, it is pierced in different places with a fork, and for a golden crust it is greased with a beaten egg.

- Pizza - 300 g
- Sweet bell pepper - 1 pc. (recipe uses frozen)
- Cheese - 200 g
- Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
- Milk sausage - 300 g
- Flour - 1 tablespoon for sprinkling the work surface
Step-by-step preparation of pizza from purchased puff and yeast dough with sausage, cheese and pepper, recipe with photo:
1. Defrost the dough in advance at room temperature. Sprinkle the working surface with a rolling pin with flour and roll out the dough into a thin layer about 0.5-0.7 mm thick.
2. Grease a baking sheet with a thin layer of vegetable oil, lay out a sheet of dough and apply ketchup.
3. Spread the ketchup all over the dough.
4. Cut the sausage into rings about 5 mm thick. Its variety can be any that you like best: dairy, with salts, smoked, etc.
5. Peel the bell peppers from the seed box with partitions. Rinse under running water and dry with a paper towel. Cut into strips and place on the dough. If the pepper is frozen, defrost it a little and put it on the dough. The main thing is that there is no ice on the pieces of vegetables, otherwise the dough will be wet.
6. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle the food. Send the pizza made of commercial puff yeast dough with sausage, cheese and pepper in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve the finished appetizer immediately after cooking.
