Step-by-step preparation of pizza with puff pastry with sausage and tomatoes:
1. Remove the puff pastry from the freezer and leave to melt. Do not use a microwave oven as this will ruin the dough. On a table sprinkled with flour, roll out the dough into a thin layer of about 5 mm and place on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.
