Cauliflower, unlike white cabbage, has a more delicate taste and looks more original, especially in side dishes. In addition, such cabbage is commercially available all year round, which makes it affordable and allows you to prepare a variety of dishes. Step-by-step preparation of omelet with cauliflower, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the cauliflower and dry with a paper towel. Cut it into florets. If the cabbage has wilted a little, then fill the buds with cold water and leave for half an hour.
