If you like to eat deliciously, and even healthy homemade food, and do not have enough time for cooking, then I propose a simple recipe. Pots with potatoes, offal, tomatoes and zucchini are quick and easy to prepare, but the result is always delicious.
The pots are made of clay or ceramic, a highly refractory material. The food cooked in it turns out to be stewed, soft, and most importantly healthy. You can cook anything you want in them: meat, fish, cereals, vegetables, mushrooms … But since all the ingredients are prepared in different ways, some of them require preliminary frying or boiling. Today, a very unusual combination of products has been chosen: potatoes with offal and tomatoes with zucchini.
The cooking process is extremely simple. The most difficult thing is to pre-fry the offal, which is then mixed in a clay or ceramic container with other ingredients and sent to bake in the oven. Zucchini and tomatoes are used frozen for the recipe. But fresh fruits will do just as well. And if you are not afraid of extra calories, then add a sauce based on sour cream or mayonnaise to the recipe, then the food will be more satisfying. It will also taste delicious if you add a little butter. Grated cheese will also be an appropriate addition.

Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 10 pcs. (for one pot 1-2 pcs.)
- Bay leaf - 6 pcs.
- Offal - 800 g (liver, hearts, stomachs)
- Allspice peas - 6 pcs.
- Onions - 2 pcs.
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Zucchini - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Salt - 1 tsp
Step by step cooking of pots with potatoes, offal, tomatoes and zucchini, recipe with photo:
1. By-products can be used of any kind: chicken, turkey, pork, beef. You can limit yourself to one type, or you can use assorted ones. Wash the selected offal and cut into pieces. Perform preliminary processing with them: remove the film, remove the veins and fat, wash the blood clots in the hearts.
2. Peel, wash and chop onions with garlic.
3. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into medium-sized cubes.
4. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat. Send offal into it and fry for 10 minutes, then add onions with garlic. Continue cooking over medium heat until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper at the end of cooking.
5. Arrange the offal in the pots.
6. Top them with potatoes. Season it with salt, black pepper, bay leaves and allspice peas.
7. Place the sliced zucchini in the pots. If they are frozen, then you do not need to defrost them.
8. Add some rings of tomatoes. Cover the pots with a lid and send to the oven. Cook them at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. If necessary, add some water. But keep in mind that it must be hot, because the pot may crack from the temperature drop.
Serve the pots of potatoes, offal, tomatoes, and zucchini in the same dish that was used to prepare the dish. Since the pot retains a hot temperature for a long time, the food will remain hot for a long time.
