The classic recipe for cutlets involves adding soaked crumb of bread or potatoes grated or twisted in a meat grinder. But this is not the only delicious recipe. Many housewives add all kinds of vegetables to the minced meat, such as chopped cabbage, bell peppers, twisted tomatoes, onions, etc. In this case, I decided to put grated zucchini. It is they who make the cutlets softer, juicier and just melt in your mouth. In addition, they also add useful vitamins to cutlets and perfectly saturate the body.
To make the food perfect, you should know the basic principles, thanks to which it will be possible to cook them successfully.
- Grind the zucchini raw using a coarse or medium grater, blender or meat grinder.
- The vegetable mass is slightly salted and left in a sieve to remove excess liquid, because the zucchini is very juicy.
- To make the cutlets stick better, you need to add eggs to the minced meat.
- Do not be afraid to add spices and herbs to the minced meat. All seasonings will add extra flavor.
- Zucchini with meat can be finely chopped with a knife - you get chopped cutlets with a pronounced structure.
- Cutlets are prepared in several ways. Fried in oil in a frying pan, baked in the oven, steamed, in a microwave oven, multicooker.
- You can serve such cutlets for breakfast or lunch / dinner as a side dish or as an independent dish.
- They are consumed warm or cold.
- You can cook such a dish for future use. Fried cutlets are excellently stored in the freezer, and when heated, they do not lose quality and taste.

Ingredients:
- Pork - 500 g
- Zucchini - 1 pc.
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves
- Salt - 1 tsp taste
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Step-by-step recipe for cooking meat cutlets with zucchini
1. Wash and dry the zucchini. Peel and core the fruit. This process is done only with old zucchini, young ones do not require such manipulations.
2. Twist the zucchini pulp through a meat grinder or grate. Then transfer to a fine sieve and leave for 5-10 minutes to let the liquid glass. You can press down a little with your hands or a spoon to speed up this process. Then return the mashed potatoes to the mixing bowl.
3. Peel the meat from the film and cut off the fat. Wash and pat dry with a paper towel. Then pass through the middle wire rack of the meat grinder. If you want to make chopped cutlets, then cut the meat and zucchini into small pieces.
4. Add eggs, salt and pepper to the minced meat. Peel the garlic and pass through a press.
5. Stir the minced meat well so that all food is evenly distributed. The consistency of the minced meat will be slightly watery, so you won't be able to form cutlets with your hands.
6. Place the frying pan on the stove, add vegetable oil and heat. Take the minced meat with a tablespoon and pour it into the pan. Turn the temperature slightly above medium and fry the patties for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
7. Turn patties over and cook for the same amount of time.
8. Serve hot and fresh cutlets to the table, because the most delicious cutlets just in the heat of the heat.
