  • Pudding … A glass of black rice is soaked overnight. Bring to a boil 0.75 liters of water, add rice, a whole vanilla pod, cook for 40-50 minutes. If it thickens too quickly, then pour in water - the rice should be completely cooked. While cooking, salt and add palm sugar - half a glass. Spread the rice mass in layers, alternating with coconut cream.
