Fast and delicious summer zucchini pizza in the oven, recipe with photo. The peculiarity of this recipe is that yeast is not needed to knead the dough, no dough is made and a lot of time is not wasted. The base of the pizza is like a dough for squash pancakes, which means that it is low in calories and will not spoil the figure. But only it will not be fried in a pan, but baked in the oven. Such a diet pizza is prepared as simply and so quickly that any teenager can handle the recipe. It turns out to be tender, appetizing, juicy and aromatic.
This pizza is ideal for a hearty dinner for all family members. In addition, it is good in any form: both hot and cold. And after cooling, it becomes denser, but does not lose its tenderness. The product is supplemented with any usual fillings that you like the most. These are chicken, tomatoes, mushrooms, cheese, sausages and other products. 1. Grate the zucchini, sprinkle with salt, stir and leave for 15 minutes.

: if the fruits are old, then peel them first and remove the seeds, because they have large seeds and dense skin.

2. During this time, the zucchini will let the juice go, so take them with your hands and squeeze them out of excess moisture. Do not skip this step, otherwise the dish will not work, because the base will turn into porridge. Add eggs to the zucchini.
