Step by step cooking duck in the oven in soy sauce and wine, recipe with photo:
1. Pour the soy sauce into a large container that will hold the entire duck.
2. Place the tomato sauce next.
3. Pour in white dry wine.
4. Add vegetable oil.
5. Then pour in the vinegar.
6. Season the marinade with salt, ground pepper and add whatever spices you like best. Although you can limit yourself to only salt and pepper.
7. Wash the duck, if necessary, then scrape the skin from the black tan. Use a sharp knife and a small kitchen ax to chop the carcass into pieces. You may not use the fillet for this recipe, but prepare some other dish from it. Then dry the duck pieces with a paper towel and place in the marinade.
8. Stir until each bite is covered with sauce. Cover the bird with plastic wrap and let it marinate for 1 hour. But you can withstand longer, for example, a day. Then the fibers will soften better and the meat will become more tender and tastier.
9. After this time, place the poultry on a baking tray.
10. Cover the bird with foil and send to bake in a heated oven to 180 degrees for 1.5-2 hours. Remove the foil half an hour before cooking to brown the meat. Serve it hot after cooking with any side dish and vegetable salad.
