Meat cutlets with pumpkin differ from ordinary cutlets in greater juiciness and tenderness, as well as hardly noticeable sweetness. This dish should not be confused with pumpkin cutlets, this recipe contains minced meat, and the cooking process is very different. Although I do not even know which category of recipes this dish belongs to, whether it be meat dishes, or vegetables, because pumpkin and meat in about equal proportions. Such cutlets are juicy, tasty and beautiful! Therefore, I sincerely recommend trying them. By the way, according to the same recipe in the summer season, you can put zucchini instead of pumpkin. But it is more watery, so it should be squeezed out first. You don't need to do the same with pumpkin!

Ingredients:
- Pork - 500 g
- Pumpkin - 400 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Any seasonings and spices to taste
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Step by step preparation of meat cutlets with pumpkin:
1. Wash the meat under running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut off the film and veins, then cut into pieces for a meat grinder. Peel the pumpkin, cut the fibers and remove the seeds. Then cut it into pieces. Peel and chop the onions.
2. Place the meat grinder with the middle wire rack and pass the food through it.
3. Add salt and ground pepper to the minced meat and beat in two eggs. Also add any spices with spices. I preferred to put in the suneli hops, dried basil with parsley and some mustard. Stir the minced meat well. It is best to do this with your hands so that the food is evenly distributed.
5. Place the frying pan on the stove, add vegetable oil and heat. Form the minced meat into patties and place in the bottom of the pan. Turn the heat to high and cook them for about 2 minutes.
6. Then turn them over and fry for 2 minutes. Then screw the temperature down to medium mode and continue to fry the patties on both sides for 4-5 minutes so that they are well fried inside. Serve the cutlets hot with your favorite side dish. They are especially tasty when freshly prepared. The next day, heat them in the microwave or in a skillet with a couple of tablespoons of water.
