When it starts to boil, add gelatin (30 g) there, while stirring the mass. Then boil the jelly for about 5 minutes, remove from the stove, transfer to special molds and put in the freezer for an hour on average.
  • Paste … In an enamel bowl, combine apple juice (250 ml), vanilla sugar (30 g) and regular sugar (1 kg). Then, while stirring, cook this mass for 20 minutes. After that, add the cranberries (1 kg) crushed with a blender and keep it on the fire for about 40 minutes. Next, chill the mixture, place in metal molds and dry in the oven at minimum temperature for about 30 minutes.
