The attitude towards semolina has always been controversial. For some, it delights, while others simply cannot stand it. Although if the cereal is cooked correctly and tasty, then both adults and children will eat it with pleasure. The main thing is to know how to do it. Having figured out some of the subtleties, you can use it not only for cooking porridge, but also other tasty and healthy dishes, like manna, pudding, muffins, pancakes, and even cook cake cream. Regardless of the attitude to semolina, one must not forget about the high content of useful substances in it. Therefore, it must be consumed, especially for an unformed child's body. Well, in case of complete intolerance to cereals, I advise you to cook it with the addition of fruits, berries, syrups, chocolate and other flavors. Then the decoy will not be very noticeable. An example of such a recipe is semolina porridge with peaches. When such porridge is served with pieces of fresh fruit, the dish is even more saturated with taste. In addition, peaches can be used not only fresh, but also canned. Then an ordinary dish will become a full breakfast and even a dessert that both large and small will definitely like. And in case of intolerance to peaches, other sweet and juicy fresh or frozen fruits and berries can be added to the porridge, such as strawberries, raspberries, apricots, plums …

- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Peaches - 3-4 pcs. depending on the size
Step by step preparation of semolina porridge with peaches:
1. Pour milk into a saucepan or saucepan.
2. Place honey next. If you are allergic to bee products, replace honey with sugar, or do not add any sweetener at all. When serving porridge, you can serve it with some kind of syrup.
3. Place the milk on the stove and turn on medium heat. Bring it to a boil. Make sure it doesn't run away.
4. As soon as the milk froth appears, which tends to rise, it means that the milk has boiled. Then slowly add the semolina.
5. Screw the temperature down to the minimum setting and cook the porridge, stirring regularly, so that there are no lumps.
6. It is cooked for no more than 3-5 minutes. When the mass begins to thicken, it means that it has reached readiness. Remove it from the stove, but continue stirring for another half a minute so that it is homogeneous. If desired, add a piece of butter to the hot porridge to make the dish more satisfying.
7. Transfer the porridge to a serving bowl. Wash the peaches, carefully cut them in half with a knife and remove the pits.
8. Cut the fruit halves into thin half rings or cubes and place on a plate to the porridge. Serve warm. However, chilled porridge is no less tasty. The only thing is, it will become denser and thicker.
