Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 1 kg
- Starch - 1 tbsp. l.
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp l.
- Wheat flour - 2-3 tbsp. l.
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml
Step-by-step preparation of chicken fillet carbonade:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into small cubes. Approximately 3 by 3 cm, or slightly less. Add starch. Forgets about salt and other spices.
2. Sprinkle the meat with lemon juice and stir. Leave for 10 minutes to marinate the meat.
3. Put the meat in a bag and pour flour into it. Shake the bag well so that each piece of meat is rolled in flour. You can put the flour in a separate bowl and roll over each bite before frying.
4. In a frying pan or in a saucepan, heat the vegetable oil and put the pieces of meat. We do not lay out a lot at once, the pieces should not be tight to each other. This makes them fried better. Fry them over medium heat until golden brown. Literally 7-10 minutes on each side.
5. To remove excess meat, lay it on a paper towel. We serve chicken chop with fresh vegetables and various sauces - tomato, sour cream, pesto and others (you can find various recipes on our website).
