Ingredients:
- Pork - 700 g
- Potatoes - 2 pcs.

- Cabbage - 300 g

Cooking vegetable stew with meat and apples
1. Wash the meat under running water, dry it with a paper towel, cut off the film and veins, if you wish, you can cut off excess fat. Then cut the meat into medium-sized pieces. Put the pan on the stove, pour in refined vegetable oil and heat well. Then send the meat to fry over high heat so that it becomes covered with a crust and retains all the juice.
2. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes about 1, 5-2 cm. When the meat is lightly browned, reduce the heat to medium and add the fried potatoes to it.
3. Do the same with carrots: peel, wash and cut. Then immediately send to fry in a pan.
4. Remove the top leaves from the cabbage, since they are always dirty, cut off the necessary part, wash and chop finely. Add cabbage to fry in a pan to all products.
5. Wash the apples, remove the core with a special knife, cut into cubes. Add the apple to the stew when all ingredients are half cooked as the apple is very tender and will cook quickly.
6. Peel the garlic, rinse with water, chop and put in a stew.
7. Season the stew with salt and black pepper.
8. Pour in the tomato paste, mix the vegetables well and simmer for 30 minutes. The vegetable stew is ready and ready to be served. By the way, such a stew absolutely does not require any addition, it is very satisfying and can act as an independent dish.
