- Seasoning for fish - 1 tsp
- Mustard - 1 tsp
- Salt - 0.5 tsp

Step by step cooking baked bream in the oven, recipe with photo:
1. In a small container, combine all the herbs and spices for the sauce: soy sauce, mustard, fish seasoning, salt, black pepper.
2. Stir the sauce well so that all the spices are evenly distributed.
3. Peel the bream. Rinse it well. With a scraper, scrape all scales, starting from the tail, against the growth of the scales.
