Few people love to cook, but everyone loves to eat deliciously. Therefore, we offer you a simple and not time-consuming recipe for chicken wings in honey-soy marinade.
In our family, baked wings are eaten like seeds - that is, here they are, and now they are not. And it doesn't matter how many kg of these same wings were cooked. We have tried many options for the marinade for the wings, but the most delicious for us is soy sauce combined with honey.
This duo gives an amazing sweet taste to any meat. Therefore, if you are skeptical about soy sauce and how to heat honey, you do not have to try this recipe, but if you are open to experiments, you are welcome to our table. For garnish we can offer red cabbage salad and mashed potatoes.

Ingredients:
- Chicken wings - 1 kg
- Classic soy sauce - 1/2 tbsp.
- Honey - 3 tbsp. l.
- Favorite condiments - 1 tbsp. l.
- Mustard beans - 1 tbsp l.
Step-by-step cooking of chicken wings in honey-soy marinade: recipe with photo
We begin to prepare our wings. We wash them and dry them with a paper towel. Each wing can be divided into two parts (the third is baked only by avid crunchy lovers). Put the dry wings in a bowl and prepare the marinade. Put the soy sauce, honey and all the seasonings (pour) into a bowl.
Mix everything well. For spicy lovers, we recommend adding a few cloves of garlic, passed through a press, and finely chopped chili to the sauce.
Pour sauce over our wings and mix well. We leave it for at least 20 minutes. Ideally at night.
We spread the wings in a fireproof form or directly on a baking sheet and bake until tender at 220 degrees.
We serve the finished wings in the form on the table. We had portioned forms, so everyone got such beautiful dishes. Ketchup, mayonnaise or any other sauce only complements the taste.
