- Chicken wings - 8-10 pcs.
- Soy sauce - 2-3 tablespoons
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Ginger powder - 0.5 tsp
- Saffron - a pinch
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Ground nutmeg - pinch
- Pears - 3-4 pcs. medium size
- Mustard - 0.5 tsp
Step by step cooking chicken wings with pears, recipe with photo:
1. Wash chicken wings and pat dry with a paper towel. If any feathers remain, remove them. Cut the wings along the phalanges, dividing them into 3 parts. Remove the last, third phalanx, there is little meat in it, so it can burn during frying. They are usually used for cooking broth.
2. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat well. Add the wings and season them with salt and black pepper.
3. Fry the wings on all sides until tender and golden brown. This process will take you about 15-20 minutes.
4. Wash the pears, dry with a paper towel, cut into 4 pieces and remove the seeds.
5. In another clean skillet, fry the pears over medium heat in vegetable oil until golden brown. Do not cook them for a long time, literally 5-7 minutes, otherwise they will become very soft and lose their shape.
6. Combine soy sauce with mustard and spices. You can add honey, chopped garlic and any greens to it. Mix well.
