  • Pork ribs - 1 kg
  • Carrots - 2 pcs.
  • Dried basil - 1 tsp
  • Ground black pepper - a pinch
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Potatoes - 4-5 pcs.
  • Dried cilantro - 1 tsp
  • Garlic - 1 head
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Ground ginger powder - 1 tsp

1. Peel potatoes with carrots, wash and dry well. Cut the carrots into large cubes and the potatoes into large cubes. Place vegetables in a large ovenproof dish. Also peel the garlic cloves and spread them over the entire pan.
