- Pork ribs - 1 kg
- Carrots - 2 pcs.
- Dried basil - 1 tsp
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Potatoes - 4-5 pcs.
- Dried cilantro - 1 tsp
- Garlic - 1 head
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Ground ginger powder - 1 tsp
Step by step cooking ribs in the oven with a side dish, recipe with photo:
1. Peel potatoes with carrots, wash and dry well. Cut the carrots into large cubes and the potatoes into large cubes. Place vegetables in a large ovenproof dish. Also peel the garlic cloves and spread them over the entire pan.
2. Wash and dry the pork ribs. Place a layer on top of the meat. During baking, the meat juice will drain into the mold and saturate the vegetable side dish. Potatoes with carrots will turn out juicy and tasty. Therefore, do not reverse the position of the food.
