- Pork ribs - 500 g
- Cream - 200 ml
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Potatoes - 2 pcs.
- Onions - 1 pc.

Step-by-step cooking of ribs with potatoes and cream baked in the oven, recipe with photo:
1. Peel potatoes and onions, wash and cut into wedges, which are placed in a baking dish. The mold can be ceramic, glass, earthenware, or a regular baking sheet. And if there is no form, then just put all the products in the baking sleeve.
2. Peel carrots, wash, cut into bars and send to vegetables.
