Ingredients:
- Veal ribs - 1 kg
- Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Allspice peas - 3 pcs.
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Potatoes - 6-8 pcs. depending on the size
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Celery - 50 g
Step by step cooking veal ribs with potatoes and celery in the oven, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the veal ribs, dry with a paper towel and cut into segments. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and place ribs in it. Fry them over medium heat until golden brown on all sides, which seals the meat and retains all the juice in it.
2. Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into medium sized pieces. Send it to the meat skillet.
3. Peel the celery and garlic, chop finely and add to food. Stir the ingredients, salt and pepper. Place bay leaf and peppercorns.
4. Pour the ingredients with drinking water, stir, cover and boil. Place the pot in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 1 hour. After half an hour, look at the dish, add boiling water if necessary.
