You can eat oatmeal in a jar at home for breakfast, and take it with you to lunch to work. - Instant oatmeal - 50 g
- Sweet cocoa powder - 1 tsp
- Milk - 100 ml
- Any jam or jam - 1 tsp.
Step by step cooking oatmeal in a jar with cocoa, jam and milk, recipe with photo:
1. Find a convenient 1 serving medium-sized screw-top glass jar. Usually cans take 150-250 ml. Wash the container and wipe it dry. Then pour oatmeal into it.
2. Then add the cocoa powder. Instead, you can put chocolate crushed in pieces.
3. Add a spoonful of your favorite jam or a few fresh berries.
4. Pour milk over the food. If you want to reduce the calorie content of the dish, then use skim milk or replace it with water or natural juice.
5. Make sure that the oatmeal is poured into the jar in half, maximum 2/3 parts, and the milk is poured to the neck. Since during the cooking time the cereal will swell and increase in volume.
6. Place the lid on the jar and shake it well to distribute the milk, cocoa and jam evenly.
7. Place the jar in the refrigerator overnight.
8. Stir the contents in the morning, you can add any fruits or berries and start your meal.
