Cabbage rolls are a traditional Slavic dish that is very popular in many countries, where they are all prepared in their own way. At the same time, the essence always remains the same: stuffed cabbage - minced meat, fresh cabbage and tomato sauce. However, this recipe causes difficulties for many housewives. Since the leaves must be carefully separated from the cabbage head so as not to break them. Then boil them and wrap the minced meat in them. Therefore, wise chefs have come up with a simplified version of this dish - lazy cabbage rolls. And not just lazy, but very lazy stuffed cabbage rolls. This is not only a delicious dish, but all housewives will also like it very much, because the recipe is quite simple to prepare. You don't have to mess with cabbage, wrap minced meat in leaves, etc. You don't even need to make cutlets, which are then fried, baked or stewed, as in the recipe for just lazy cabbage rolls. Ingredients:
- White cabbage - 0.5 heads of cabbage
- Tomato sauce - 100 ml
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Any spices and herbs to taste
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Rice - 200 g
- Allspice peas - 4 pcs.
- Bay leaf - 3 pcs.
- Pork - 600-700 g
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
Step by step preparation of very lazy cabbage rolls, recipe with photo:
1. Cut off the veins, film and excess fat from the meat. Wash, dry with a paper towel and twist through the auger of a meat grinder.
2. Peel the onion, wash and twist as well. Toss the meat and onions.
3. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, place it on the stove and heat well. Put the minced meat in it.

4. Sear the meat over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
5. Place the rice in a sieve and rinse under running water.
6. Pour it into a cooking pot and salt.
7. Fill with water until the level is 1 finger higher than the rice.
8. Boil the rice for about 10 minutes until half cooked.
9. Remove the top leaves from the cabbage. they are usually dirty. Cut off the necessary part from the head of cabbage and chop it thinly. Place the cabbage in another heated skillet with vegetable oil.
10. Fry it over medium heat until golden brown.
11. In a large skillet, combine the grilled cabbage with the grilled minced meat.
12. Add semi-cooked rice to them.
13. Pour the tomato sauce into the pan, season with salt and pepper and add any spices and herbs. I have sweet ground paprika and Italian spices.
14. Stir the food, pour in 100 ml of water and boil. Close the pan with a lid and simmer the food over low heat for half an hour.
15. Serve prepared very lazy cabbage rolls to the table immediately after cooking hot.
