The variety of fruits is also not important, but this dish is mainly prepared with sweet bell peppers, because it is fatter and juicier. Choose mostly crumbly rice, but if this is not the case, then wash it well under several waters to wash off the gluten. Ingredients:

  • Sweet bell pepper - 4 pcs.
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Meat - 700 g
  • Rice - 150 g
  • Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
  • Greens (any) - bunch
  • Vegetable oil - for frying
  • Tomatoes - 4 pcs.
  • Ground black pepper - a pinch
  • Onions - 1 pc.

1. Wash and dry the bell peppers with a paper towel, cut off the stem and remove the inner seeds with partitions. Cut the fruits into cubes or strips and fry in a skillet in vegetable oil until golden brown.
