One such lazy recipe is lazy stuffed peppers, which can be thought of as a stand-alone dish called "rice side dish." Of course, the taste differs from the original recipe, but this dish is also obtained with excellent taste. Therefore, we will use simplified quick recipes, prepare delicious dishes quickly and easily.
The proposed recipe is also good because for the preparation of stuffed peppers, we select peppers that are even and beautiful. And for a lazy recipe, any crooked peppers will do. they will still be sliced. The variety of fruits is also not important, but this dish is mainly prepared with sweet bell peppers, because it is fatter and juicier. Choose mostly crumbly rice, but if this is not the case, then wash it well under several waters to wash off the gluten. Take the meat to your liking, if you like fatter dishes, buy pork, if you prefer a dietary meal, choose chicken or turkey.

Ingredients:
- Sweet bell pepper - 4 pcs.
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Meat - 700 g
- Rice - 150 g
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Greens (any) - bunch
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Tomatoes - 4 pcs.
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Onions - 1 pc.
Step by step cooking lazy stuffed peppers, recipe with photo:
1. Wash and dry the bell peppers with a paper towel, cut off the stem and remove the inner seeds with partitions. Cut the fruits into cubes or strips and fry in a skillet in vegetable oil until golden brown.
2. Peel the onions and twist them through a meat grinder.
3. Wash the meat, dry it with a paper towel, cut off excess fat with a film and pass it through the meat grinder auger.
4. Wash the tomatoes and dry with a paper towel. Cut into slices, put in a food processor, in which place the "cutter knife" attachment, and chop until smooth.
5. Rinse the rice under several waters and boil it almost until tender in slightly salted water.
6. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and add minced meat and onions. Fry it until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
7. Add fried peppers and boiled rice to the pan with meat.
8. Pour tomato puree into a frying pan, add chopped herbs, garlic and hot pepper. Season with salt and pepper and add your favorite spices and herbs.
9. Salt and pepper the food, stir, boil and cook covered over low heat for 30 minutes. Serve lazy stuffed peppers to the table hot, as an independent dish, because the dish does not require any addition.
