This is one of the simplest dishes you can make without a prescription. The dish is first cooked on the stove, and then baked in the oven. Due to its simplicity, benefits and high taste, frittata has now gained popularity and recognition all over the world. After all, it is actually extremely simple to prepare, and the result exceeds all expectations! In addition, this omelet is versatile and gives unlimited scope for culinary imagination. Since the dish can include a wide variety of fillings, such as meat, mushrooms, cheese, vegetables. With the latter, I will prepare a dish: frittata in water with zucchini and tomatoes.

Gather all the vegetables (broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, bell peppers …), take cheese, regular cottage cheese or ricotta, and the omelet filling is ready. Ingredients:
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Water - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Zucchini - 0, 5 pcs.
- Salt - a pinch
- Dill - a couple of twigs
- Tomatoes - 0, 5 pcs.
Step by step cooking frittata in water with zucchini, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the squash and dry it with a paper towel. Cut it into 5 mm rings. If the vegetable is ripe, peel it from the coarse skin and remove the large seeds. In a young fruit, the skin is tender, and the seeds are small. Wash the tomatoes, dry and cut into half rings of 5 mm. Take tomatoes that are elastic and dense. Cream is ideal. If the fruits are watery, then remove the liquid from the tomatoes and dry a little, and only then use for the omelet.
2. Beat eggs into a container, pour in water and add a pinch of salt.
3. Finely chop the dill, add to the egg mass and whisk everything well until smooth.
4. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat. Add the zucchini and sauté over medium heat on both sides until golden brown.
5. Add the tomatoes to the skillet.
6. Pour the egg mass over the products and send to the heated oven up to 180 degrees for 5 minutes until you get a delicious crust. Serve the prepared water frittata with zucchini immediately after cooking.
